Companies House Document

Companies House Documents are official documents issued by the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales at Companies House.


Most of these documents can be found on the Companies House website and may include:

 


- Certificate of Incorporation
- Memorandum of Association
- Articles of Association
- Appointments of Officers within the Company
- Confirmation Statements

 


A Certificate of Good Standing can also be obtained from Companies House. The document can be used to show various details about the company including Director’s names, dates of birth and service addresses, Secretary’s names and service addresses, the company’s registered office as well as the companies’ good standing, and company objects. Additional bespoke information can also be requested.


If you require any of these documents, the Notary can obtain them either from the Companies House website or, in the case of Certificates of Good Standing, direct from Companies House.


If you are already in possession of these documents, the Notary can verify the details on the documents via the Companies House website and then produce a Notarial Certificate confirming the details. This can then be attached to the document.
