iNotary Public is a flexible and modern company, whose whole ethos is based around our clients. We have seen that notarial practice in the UK is quite dated and does not suit today’s modern business environment. We seek to change this.
We work hard to ensure that not only are our clients requirements met, but that this is done with the minimum fuss and distraction to our clients. We appreciate that our clients have busy schedules and deadlines to work to. This is why we have taken a flexible approach to notarisation and legalisation of documents.

We have a network of offices across London, meaning you can meet our Notary at a location that is convenient for you. We also work extended hours. This means you do not need to fit in to our diary. We will fit in to yours. Our inboxes and telephone lines are constantly monitored, with a goal of getting back to any enquiry as soon as possible, regardless of it is sent after conventional “office hours” or at weekends.
If you cannot make it to one of our offices, we also give the option for the Notary to meet with you at a place of your choice. Our notarial processes are fully mobile, meaning you can register with us, have your documents notarised and make payment all during your appointment, anywhere in the UK.
We know that time is valuable to our clients. Therefore, we have streamlined our processes. Anything that can be done before your appointment, will be done before your appointment, meaning that your documents are executed swiftly and professionally, taking up as little of your time as possible.
We appreciate that terms such as notarisation, legalisation and apostille are confusing, especially if you have never undertaken any of these processes. Our experienced members of staff will always be happy to discuss your requirements with you, making sure you receive the correct services that your documents require. To us, this means making sure that the documents require the correct levels of certification so that they work when they reach their destination. It also means that you are not paying for certification that you do not require.
